Who makes the best hiking boots?
There are a number of good brands out there, the most important thing you can do is try a bunch of them on.
I happen to love Merrell… they fit my feet well. That’s not the case for everyone -There are many boots you can chose from your foot/arch, etc. may fit better in Salomons, Asolos, Vasques or some other brand. So… the "best" shoe will be different for different people. Just make sure you get an appropriate style for the kind of hiking you’re going to do the most. Ankle support can be crucial!
