Who makes good quality, reasonably priced carbon fiber road bike frames?
You can buy generic Chinese carbon frames on EBay, Alibaba & direct from the manufacturers for under $400. The HongFu FM028 is often recommended for someone looking for a more relaxed frame. There are a few companies importing these frames and selling them under their own brand – perhaps with minor modifications. PedalForce is probably the best know. Of major brands, Giant make really good value-for-money frames, and the Giant Defy line probably meets your requirements the best of their bikes.
