Who makes employer payments for barbers?
· Ilene Levinson: We have prepared a THT already. Non-union employees can participate in this trust as long as there is no affiliation with a union. This group could participate very soon. We would need an MOU on who’s eligible, when they come in, and how to deal with adverse selection. The structure is in place and this trust already offers it. · Tom Owen: Who are the parties to the MOU? · Ilene Levinson: It would be the trust and another party.
