Who makes a better all-in-one print machine for small businesses?
You are comparing a 33 ppm color copier/printer with a 45 ppm color copier/printer. I guess my question would be why such a large and expensive machine for that little of output? With that being said, who has the best service in your area would be my deciding factor. Whichever of these machines you purchase/lease I am sure you will also take the service agreement so the supplies cost doesn’t matter. If only choosing between those two personally I would take the Canon. The Phaser 8860MFP from Xerox, unless 11×17 is needed, is a way cheaper machine and will handle your output just fine. If 11×17 is a deciding factor then you could step to either the Workcenter 7232 from Xerox, Color imageRUNNER C2550 from Canon, or the Aficio MP C2000 from Ricoh. These machines would be 25-50% less than the machines you are currently looking to lease/buy.
