Who make the 26 alphabet letters.?
well, if you mean the alphabet we use for english (and I think you do, since you say 26 letters), it is the roman alphabet…why hasn’t it evolved, well it has really, but only a tiny bit, because we used to have some more letters (you can still see them in icelandic written language). It probably should have evolved really, i suppose it is just laziness on our part, we make do with the alphabet we have, which is probably awful for people who learn our language since pronunciation is very difficult – eg, get, geese, giro (2 hard g’s one soft…) and through, though and bough etc… yep, so really just laziness on our part, maybe we should just use the ipa to make it easier…
