• The construction and access route was the subject of public consultation in the summer of 2006, under the Road Traffic Act 1994, and was presented to Dun Laoghaire Area Committee meeting on 27th June 2007. Part of the route, the temporary haul road on the green area at Shanganagh Cliffs, is a requirement of the EIS.
