Who looks at the Internal Audit reports?
All audit reports are seen by audit client management and the organizations CAE. A summary of the reports is also seen by the chief executive officer or their designee, members of the Audit Committee may also receive a summary if the findings are significant to their requests, and the external auditors may request to see the findings if they are significant to their responsibilities.
