Who looks after the townhouse?
We employ a professional property management company to look after the home and to be on hand to assist our guests. If there are any problems, they are on call 24 hours a day. Does the townhome have any safety features? It has all the safety features required by state law (and more). They include alarms on the pool doors and interior lighting in case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also supplied for your family’s safety. We also provide plastic cups, plates etc. to be used in the pool area. Is there a shop in the resort? Yes, there is a convenience store by the pool. It sells day to day items such as snacks and drinks. Does the house have its own phone? It does have a phone and local calls are free. To make long distance calls you will need to give a credit card number to the local phone company operator. Full instructions are in the house. What deposit would I need to pay? The required deposit is $300 and the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. Does the home get cheape
