Who looks after North Yorkshires pavements and cycle paths?

North Yorkshire County Council looks after pavements and cycle paths on all public roads in the county, except for roads controlled by the Highways Agency. Some pavements and paved areas do not belong to the County Council but if you contact ourselves we will help identify who does.
