Who lived in my house?
When you purchased your house they did a title search. That is a good place to start. If you do not have a copy of it, you may be able to get it from the title company that did your closing. If not, you will have to start over at the county courthouse. Some counties are online. Do a search for your county and recorder of deeds, see if they have that information online. Check http://www.landaccess.com and see if your county is one listed there. Good luck.
