Who leads storm chase tours, and how do I get information?

Don’t rely on the advertising alone, though–call and talk to the “tour operator.” Discuss safety issues and “expectations” issues frankly. Ask for references. Storm chasing can be dangerous, and it is foolish to put your safety in jeopardy by going on a tour with a leader who feels he/she has to deliver a tornado or die trying.
