Who knows any ways that I can get higher arches?
What I do when I feel my arches are weak or possibly falling, I first go to a set of stairs with a railing and place the balls of my feet on the step and the rest hanging off the back. Then I releve (or raise my heels) 24 times or three sets of 8 if you need a break. Rolling through your arches slowly up to the releve (or raise) also really helps. Hope i could help!
