Who issues parking penalty charge notices on the Red Routes?
Answer Many major routes in London are designated as ‘red routes’ also known as the Transport for London Route Network (TLRN). Red routes can be identified by a single or double red line on the side of the road instead of yellow lines. Red routes are managed by Transport for London (TFL), not by Redbridge Council. Parking penalties on the Red Routes are issued by the Metropolitan Police Traffic Warden Service, and not by the Council.
