The Board’s Used and Waste Tire Hauler and Manifest Program staff issues common carrier and agricultural exemptions. A letter requesting the exemption pursuant to Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 18453 and Public Resources Code (PRC) Section 42954 provides the statutory authority for the exemptions.
