Who issues birth certificates in Marathi language?
In many cases, municipal corporations and departments of health (in Maharastra, Pimpri Chincwood and other cities) issue birth certificates, marriage certificates, and similar civil registration documents. Births and Deaths Acts (Rules) of 1969, 1976, and 2000 govern the forms and procedures for issuing birth certificates.
