Who issues birth certificates in Indonesian language?
State registration offices, civil registrars of muncipalities of Samaranda, Nganjuk, Jakarta and other provinces issue excerpt birth certificates in accordance with Ordinance of Birth and Death Register 1957 Section 14, Rule 7. In some cases, Extra Ordinary Offices of Civil Registration are authorized to issue birth certificates, marriage certificates, and similar civil registration documents. If you lost your Indonesian birth certificate or need a new one for a newborn, then you may contact Consular of Embassy of Indonesia for new copy.
