Who issues birth certificates in Hindi language?
In many cases, helath department of city council registrar or birth, death registrar’s office, or economic and statistical directorate of Governments of Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and others is authorized to issue birth certificates, marriage certificates, and similar civil registration documents. If you lost your birth certificate or have a newborn in your family, you may contact the Consulate General of the Embassy of India near you.
