Who is working on the KHRIS Project?
The project team is made up of state employees and contractors. The contractors include IBM (implementation services), SAP (software provider) and STA (quality assurance and project oversight). • What will KHRIS be replacing? KHRIS will be replacing the Commonwealth’s personnel, timekeeping, payroll and benefits administration systems. How far along is the KHRIS implementation project? The KHRIS project team has been working for over a year on project definition and start-up. It is currently in the Realization Phase, which is the third of five major project phases. During the Realization Phase, the business and process requirements outlined during the Blueprint Phase will be developed. The Realization Phase occurs from February to September of 2008.
