Who is VITA Products, Inc?
VITA Products, Inc., founded by David Waxman and Jason Brown, started with an idea that emerged one early morning in 2007. Jason headed out on a 10K run, and as he jogged along winding roads and around blind corners, “what ifs” were on his mind. He had left the house without money and ID, and hadn’t left a note regarding where he was running. What if there was an accident or he was knocked unconscious, how would he be identified? What if emergency personnel didn’t have access to his health records? What if his family didn’t know he was injured? What if? Jason arrived home safely, but was determined to find a solution. Jason teamed up with David Waxman and they sought to take the utilitarian ID bracelet to the next level with the VITAband.
