Rob joined Great Clips, Inc. in July of 2007 as Vice President of Franchise Development. In this role Rob leads a team of franchise development professionals responsible for recruiting high-quality franchisees to the Great Clips system. He is responsible for establishing franchisee marketing and recruitment plans in North America, strategic use of CRM systems, training and mentoring, refining resale processes and systems and enhancing franchise broker relationships. Great Clips has more than 1,000 franchisees and nearly 2,800 locations across North America. They award approximately 80 new franchises per year and open approximately 200 salons per year. Prior to Great Clips Rob was Vice President of Franchise Development at a multi-concept service franchisor with more than 500 franchisees in North America.
