Who is undertaking the Study?
The City’s Senior Management Team is undertaking administrative direction for the preparation and completion of the Study. The Planning and Development Services Department and its partner, Utilities Kingston, are funding the Study. The City’s Planning Committee is overseeing the project and hosting the public consultation program on behalf of Council. City Council is responsible for all matters related to the Study including its adoption and/or approval. A Consulting Team has been hired to undertake the Study. The Consulting Team is led by: J.L.
