TRC is wholly owned by Greenwood Racing, Inc. (GRI). GRI owns such operations as Philadelphia Park Casino and Racetrack, Atlantic City Race Track, Freehold Racetrack, 6 Pennsylvania OTB’s, 1 New Jersey OTB as well as The Racing Network International and Infotext.
