Transaction Network Services Inc (TNS) is an international telecommunications, payments, financial and interactive transaction processing company with global clients who buy and license our products and services. TNS offers card not present (CNP) payment processing services for major financial institutions and also supports the electronic payments needs of their customers, particularly globalizing merchants, with consulting, integration, processing & support services for internet, call center, IVRs and recurring billing systems. TNS has two of the top three global card companies using our payments services, and more than 70 banks around the world. Over 30,000 merchants process across our systems. We will handle nearly 80 million CNP transactions this year.
