Who is this A ROD baseball player never heard of him?
Alex Rodriguez. He plays third base for the New Yankees. He began his career in Seattle as a shortstop, signed with the Texas Rangers to the biggest contract in the history of baseball and was later traded to the Yankees. He was considered the best shortstop in baseball but agreed to switch to third base so there wouldn’t be any conflict with Derek Jeter. He has won 2 American League MVP awards, and while his last 2 playoffs with New York have been miserable to say the least, he has been in the past a good post-season performer. In 1997 & 2000 with the Mariners he hit .313 & .371 respectively and in 2004 with the Yankees he hit .320 with 3 HRs.
