Who is the Trustee of UMF & UGIF?
Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has been appointed as the trustee of UMF and UGIF. The duty of the Trustee is to ensure that each fund is managed in accordance with the agreed Trust Deed, the Regulations and the Prospectus. All the assets of a fund are securely held by the Trustee and thus separate from the assets of the investment management company itself.
