Who is the Transfer Agent of UMF?
Taseer Hadi Khalid Associates (THK) an affiliate of KPMG has been appointed as the Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent will be responsible to perform the functions of a registrar. The transfer agent will process all the investor applications. In addition, its responsibilities would be to maintaining the register of unit holders, issue account statements and certificates to the holders, and issuing and dispatching of cheques in respect of residual amount left after allocation and issue of units.
