Who is the target audience for the Majors Personality Type assessments?
They are designed for use with adults but may be helpful with certain secondary school student populations also. They are particular useful in group settings because they can leverage the innate self-knowledge of individuals to address the group’s goals most effectively, but they are also used one-on-one in coaching and therapy settings. They have been used widely with college students, with corporate teams, in executive leadership programs, in human resource settings, in corporate training, in organization development, in sales development, with non-profit groups, with schools, with religious organizations, and by therapists with clients, to name a few.
