Who is the South West Devon Waste Partnership?

The South West Devon Waste Partnership (SWDWP) has three local authority members: Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council and Torbay Council. The three councils are working together to find a joint solution to deal with waste arising from the southwest Devon area, which includes Plymouth, South Hams, West Devon, Teignbridge and Torbay.
