AWS is an appraisal firm which specializes in the valuation of right of way for eminent domain purposes. • Is Right of Way affiliated with the International Right of Way Association? No. However, AWS takes an active role in the IRWA and highly recommends membership in the association. • Is there a charge for being listed in Right of Way?
