Who is the PhD Coordinator and what does he or she do?
A Ph.D. coordinator manages the Ph.D. programs making policy and procedural decisions regarding how the program should be conducted. He is usually the first person to be contacted in terms of applying for the program. Problems regarding coursework, research, teaching, and resources anything at all, can be discussed with him. He will also sign off your Course Plan the course work you chalk out for yourself for your entire Ph.D. program. The MIS PhD Coordinator is Professor Wynne Chin.
