Who is the Person Authorising?
The ‘Person Authorising’ is an individual who is an authorised signatory of the corporate body being appointed (e.g. director). An authorising name must be provided as all appointments require a ‘Consent to Act’, including the appointment of a corporate body. The individual who is the ‘Person Authorising’ should also be the one whose personal information is used within the ‘Consent to Act’ screen – see section 15.6. help index | back to top 20.
