Who is the new vice chancellor in england. cheers.?
All wrong so far. The Vice Chancellor is the most senior judge in the Chancery Division of the High Court. He is a “promoted” Lord Justice of Appeal and the current incumbent is the Right Honourable Sir Andrew Morritt CVO. He is “Vice” to the Lord Chancellor, who WAS to have been abolished until they found it was too difficult to do so. The Department of Constitutional Affairs which, in part, is responsible for the courts and judges, was formerly known as the Lord Chancellor’s Department. The Lord Chancellor is currently Lord Falconer. Don’t mention the Dome.
