Who is the “Nelson” in Shiver & Nelson?
Larry Keith Nelson. Mr. Nelson began his training in forensic document examination in 1978 at the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory and eventually retired as the Chief of the Questioned Document Division. After retirement, Mr. Nelson began working as a forensic document examiner in private practice. He founded Nelson Document Investigation Laboratory, Inc. in 1994. He subsequently retired from the practice of forensic document examination. Mr. Nelson passed away in 2008.
