Delgado told Stein that he saw flames in the corner of the room with thick smoke on the floor.As his 10-year-old sister was getting out of bed, Delgado’s 6-year-old sister was still in the upper bunk, Stein said. The boy grabbed his sister and they ran out of the house. Firefighters arrived at the home within minutes and found thick, heavy smoke and flames shooting out a window of the single-story home.
