Who is the Issuer of the Millennium Dollars®?
The issuer of the private currency is Virtualmoney, Inc., a Minnesota corporation. Virtualmoney has received the exclusive license from Real Monetary systems, Inc. to use the patent-pending technology to offer the private currency under the trademark name: Millennium Dollar®. Subsequently, VMC gave the sponsor, Real Monetary Reserve, Inc., the exclusive right to offer the private currency in a paper format in the ninth Federal Reserve District (and elsewhere, until such other licenses are granted.
