Who is the inventor, if several persons have researched together?
If an invention is made by collaborative research, the co-inventors acquire the right on the invention conjointly. A co-invention premises a co-operation, which aims at the same object, the solution of a certain technical task. The respective contributions must not represent an inventive step. A co-inventor contributes to the achievement own intellectual work. Assistants are not looked upon as co-inventor. An assistant does not perform an important contribution based on an own initiative.
