WHO is the ideal NBS Business Broker?
Most of our brokers come from a diverse background in the financial, banking, accounting, manufacturing, real estate and retailing industries. Ideally, the applicant would be a very customer focused, people person who have 10-15 years financial, marketing or small business ownership experience with a strong entrepreneurial and marketing flair. Applicants must be conversant with P&L, Balance Sheet Statements. Minimal computer literacy is also required. The successful candidate will be mentored by an experienced business broker and will have to focus on developing a strong relationship with business owners in 1-2 chosen industry categories. If you join us as an experienced independent contractor, you will be rewarded on a straight commission basis, starting from 60% and escalating up to 90%.
