It says the foreign aid budget is 7 times the NHS “DEFICIT.” And that is no big deal. If the NHS deficit were £2.00, that would make the foreign aid budget over 3 BILLION TIMES GREATER. Don’t be swayed by manipulations of statistics. If you look at Britain’s contributions to foreign aid compared to other European nations (as a total percent of spending) The UK is near the bottom of all contributors. As a percent of budget, the UK doesn’t do much at all.
