The term Filipino was used only during the Spanish colonial era. It is the name given to full-blooded Spaniards who were born in the Philippines. And I have no idea who he is. But if you are talking about the first inhabitants of the Philippine islands, it would be the Negritos.

The Spanish conquistador Villalobos gave the name “Las Islas Filipinas” to the islands of what are now Samar and Leyte, in the 1540’s. So technically before that time there was no Philippines (and Filipinos) yet. The first Filipino must have been an inhabitant of one of those islands.
