Idaho man on FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list arrested SALT LAKE CITY – An Idaho man on FBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted list sought on charges of killing his girlfriend and her two toddlers has been arrested in Mexico. Salt Lake City FBI officer Tim Fuhrman says a man strongly believed to be fugitive Jorge Alberto Lopez-Orozco was picked up in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Lopez-Orozco is charged with shooting dead his girlfriend Rebecca Ramirez and her two children aged 2 and 4 in 2002. He fled to California and then to Mexico, authorities said. He had been on the FBI Ten Most Wanted list since 2005. “This week, acting on leads, the U.S. Marshals Service and the FBI Legal Attaché, both in Mexico City, in cooperation with the Mexican Federal Ministerial Police, arrested a man who they strongly believe to be Jorge Alberto Lopez- Orozco,” said the FBI special agent. “He was hauling a load of metal into a scrap yard located in Zihuatanejo, Mexico.
