Who is the developer/builder of English Commons?
C.P. Berry Homes, a family-owned company, headquartered in Topsfield, is the developer/builder of English Commons at Topsfield. The company’s president, Carl Berry, has been a leader in the development, construction, marketing, sales and management of luxury living communities on the North Shore for over fifty years. Carl’s son Alan, is Vice President of the company and has overseen the day to day operations of the company for the past twenty years. Communities and residences built by C.P. Berry Homes have been recognized with numerous national and regional awards for home designs, site planning, landscape design and customer service. In 2007 the active-adult community Caldwell Farm, located in Newbury, MA, was selected as the Best Overall Community in the country by the National Association of Homebuilders for active adult attached housing.
