Yeah, right! This guy up there should go to study a little bit!! Yes,the president of Costa Rica is Oscar Arias,but HE didnt won the Nobel…It was COSTA RICA, the country, because all central america was in a civil war, and we were the only peaceful country. Oscar Arias is not THE best president!! totally the opposite!! He won the elections by buying the vote of homeless people, with drug money!! But no one know that! He is by far, the worst thing that can happen to Costa Rica!! And he donated his salary to the poor people cause he was doing points to win the elections to sign the new treat with USA that lets the USA government to get in here and do whatever they want!!
