Who is the County Surveyor and what are his duties?

Kenosha County contracts the County Surveyor duties with Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission. The County Surveyor is responsible for maintaining and “setting” the section corners, and calculating the elevations of said corners. He also assists the County in County projects that require surveying services. The County Surveyor does not perform individual surveys for the public.
