Who is the better third wide receiver this week: Kevin Walter, Earl Bennett or Mario Manningham?

They all have good matchups — Walter against the Raiders, Bennett against the Lions and Manningham at Kansas City — so to make a sound decision, we’ll need to examine the receivers themselves. For starters, I think we can eliminate Bennett. It’s not like if you have to start him, you’ve already lost, but he loses looks to both Devin Hester and Johnny Knox. Because no clear favorite has emerged between the three, he probably won’t have a huge week, and he might disappear altogether. Manningham only loses looks to Steve Smith just like Walter only loses looks to Andre Johnson, but Walter plays for the team more dependent on its passing game.
