Who is the BDS Fund Manager?
The operation of the BDS Fund will be outsourced to a private consulting firm or a team of private consultants to serve as the BDS Fund Manger. The Fund Manager will manage the performance grant programme available under the Access to Finance and the Access to Markets, Trade Facilitation, and Entrepreneurship Development components. The BDS Fund Mangers primary responsibility is processing applications through the different BDS Fund windows and disbursing grants. The Fund Manager will assess all grant applications, approve those within his threshold limits, and make recommendations to the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) for proposals above those limits.
