Who is the archangel Michael, why does he have more power than Christ Jesus, Matt.28:18-20, at Rev.12:6-12?
1. Matthew 28:18-20 and Revelation 12:6-12 do not say that Michael has more power than Jesus. 2. In John 5:26-29, the “voice” belongs to the Son of Man (Jesus). In 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17, the “voice” belongs to the archangel. Which archangel? Who knows? 3. Michael is the only one of his kind? Michael is an angel. He isn’t the only one. Jesus is the only one of His kind since He is God, and there is only one God. 4. Why was Michael here in Jude 9….don’t understand your question. The Bible says that Jesus is the Lamb which was slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8). 5. Michael helps Daniel because God assigned Michael to be the angel that stands watch over Israel. Daniel was a Jew. Revelation 12:7-12 isn’t a reference to Jesus destroying the devil. This passage is a description of when Satan is cast out of Heaven down to Earth. In this passage he is not destroyed. Revelation 20:7-10 describes the devils final and eternal destination. 6. Michael was the Archangel who led the spirits in to war up in the preexistence when God The Eternal Father asked his sons, Lucifer and Jesus to bring him a plan for the spirits that were coming to this world. Lucifer wanted to force us to do everything right and obey all of the commandments but, all the glory would go to him. Jesus wanted us to have the freedom to choose, right or wrong and all the glory would go to Heavenly Father. 1/3 of the spirits followed Lucifer and 2/3 followed Jesus. We took our side and fought against Lucifer and his army of spirits. The Archangel Michael led us in to battle. All Archangels are like ranking officers. Ministering angels help others in need,they record events here on earth and take it back to the spirit world, they escort you after your earthly body died and your spirit leaves your body and goes back to the spirit world. Guardian angels stay with us here on Earth. Another Archangel is Gabriel. So I know there are 2 or 3 more types of angels and
