In Pennsylvania, Gratz College is fully accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. All Regional Training Center courses and faculty are approved by the faculty of Gratz and are part of a Master of Arts in Education program approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Teachers taking RTC graduate courses can earn credits toward the Masters, and/or advancement in salary guide, and/or earn Act 48 hours. In New Jersey, The College of New Jersey is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. In addition, programs at the bachelor’s and master’s level for the preparation of teachers are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. In Maryland, the Maryland Higher Education Commission and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools have approved RTC programs to be offered by Gratz College.
