That’s one of our training cleaners and he or she is performing a quality check on your cleaner – and your service. We do schedule periodic on-site evaluations, which help to insure that you are receiving the best quality service and that your home or office is cleaned to detail. We do this to help insure that your cleaner doesn’t miss anything. Overall, the service I received was great, but there is something that I am not completely happy about. What do I need to do to get it fixed? If something was missed in one of our standard cleaning service packages, and you are not satisfied with your house or office cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send the team back out – at our expense – to correct the problem. Please note, if you book by the hour and not up to our guidelines, we cannot guarantee that all services will be completed. Also, we will email you a survey shortly after your first service.
