Who is SWAT not for?
SWAT is not for you if you: – have not done much physical activity in your life before – have a current or old injury which restricts joint range of motion or causes pain – are elderly – have central obesity (ie abdominal body fat) – have high blood pressure, diabetes, or LDL cholesterol – are on any blood pressure, diabetes or cholesterol medication – are a smoker – are under 16 years old If you fall into one of these categories, click here to find out about our one2one sessions, which are the best way for you to get the results you desire.
