All present or future owners, tenants or future tenants or their employees or any other person who owns lots in Sunburst Meadow, are subject to the provisions and regulations set forth in the Sunburst Meadow By-laws. The acquisition or rental of any property in Sunburst Meadow, or the mere act of occupancy of any of this property shall signify that these By-laws are accepted.
